We accept returns for items that are resaleable and unused. Any product that is returned in saleable condition shall be accepted if returned at the customer's cost and at a restocking rate of 30%.

Custom products are not returnable.

Any returns must be made in writing and will not be valid unless a Return Goods Authorization is issued by Watt $avers International.
